Transfers from Gatwick
Rosemead Guest House offer 24 hour free transfers to Gatwick Airport. Transfers from Gatwick are not guaranteed. Between 16.00 and 22:00 Fiona is happy to collect from Gatwick but when she is not available or outside the transfer hours), there are numerous local taxi firms which we are happy to recommend (average cost £6).

Arriving by plane: Please collect your luggage and clear customs before calling, as unfortunately we are not allowed to wait at the airport. The Guest House is just 5 minutes from the airport so it will not take long to come and collect you.
Arriving by coach: It is easier to get off at the North Terminal. Go into the Terminal and down to the Arrivals level following instructions below for North Terminal collections.
Arriving by train: You come into the South Terminal. From there, you can either take the Shuttle Train over to the North Terminal and go down to the Arrivals level; or stay at the South Terminal and follow the instructions below for South Terminal. (There is less walking if you go to the North Terminal).
From the South Terminal - Follow the signs to leave the building and go down the ramp to the middle level and follow the signs to the short term car parks, go down in the lift to the bottom level and make your way to BUS STOP 11, look for the courtesy phone and dial the number 89320.
From the North Terminal - From the Arrivals level go outside the building and across to the middle lane you will see the Courtesy Hotel / Guest House bus stop; use the courtesy phone to call the number 89320, you will be collected from there so PLEASE DON’T MOVE FROM THIS STOP!
